We are a new Cosmetology Training facility located in Carlisle Pennsylvania. We offer professional training in Cosmetology, Esthetician, Nail Technician, Natural Hair Braiding, and a as well as a Teacher's Program.

Here at Shears we offer small class settings, hands on training, preparation for your State Board Exam, and life time training to all of our Graduates!

All of our students will be trained by Licensed Cosmetology Instructors. The instructors will keep abreast of the modern teaching methods and techniques.
